1. About us
This website is operated by StickerWise, 657 Old Willets Path, Hauppauge, NY 11788. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Your artwork
By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights. You're responsible for any claims related to artwork you submit. We may refuse any order we consider unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate, and we'll refund it in full.

3. Our use of your files
We use your artwork only to produce your order. We won't sell or share your designs. We may keep files on record to make reorders easier.

4. Proofs and product appearance
Before checkout you'll approve your design in our preview, or request a manual proof. By approving, you confirm your design is correct as shown. We can't guarantee an exact color match to your screen or to other printed materials, and minor variations in color, size, and cut position are normal.

5. Pricing and errors
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. If an order is placed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.

6. Refunds and shipping
Refunds, cancellations, and shipping are covered by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site applies to your order.
