SHIPPING POLICY

Production time
Orders are printed and cut in-house at our Long Island, NY shop. If you approve your design before checkout, your order is produced the same business day and ships the next business day. If you request a manual proof, you'll receive it within 4–8 hours, and production starts as soon as you approve it. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are produced the next business day.

Shipping options
We ship within the United States via UPS.
• UPS Ground: $7.99 flat rate on orders under $100
• Free UPS Ground on orders of $100 or more
• UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air: available at checkout at live UPS rates

Delivery times are estimates from UPS and start once your order ships.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we'll reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
